BENTLY 3500/64M 176449-05 is a single channel shaft displacement transmitter module, which is a core component of the Bentley 3500 monitoring system, designed specifically for shaft vibration and displacement monitoring of industrial rotating machinery. Its core function is to convert sensor signals into standard industrial signals (such as 4-20mA), realizing real-time monitoring and protection of equipment status, suitable for key equipment such as centrifugal compressors, fans, water pumps, motors, etc.

Input signal: 176449-05 compatible with 3300 XL NSv eddy current probe and extension cable (system length optional 5m/7m)
Output signal: two-wire 4-20mA DC (linear proportional output, compatible with PLC/DCS systems)
Power supply requirements: DC 12-35V, power consumption as low as 7mA
Measurement range: 0.5-1.75mm (20-55 mil), sensitivity 7.87mV/µ m
Accuracy and linearity: Full range accuracy ± 1.5%, linearity error ≤ ± 1%

Function
Signal Conversion and Processing:
3500/64M 176449-05 converts the axis displacement signal detected by the eddy current probe into 4-20mA analog output, supporting seamless integration with PLC and DCS systems;
Support peak vibration unit conversion,  176449-05 provides alarm threshold settings required for equipment protection (such as warning, danger, etc.).
Equipment protection mechanism:
Real time monitoring of the risk of axis displacement exceeding the limit, triggering interlocking shutdown or alarm (to be used in conjunction with relay module 3500/32);
Built in fault diagnosis function, capable of identifying sensor disconnection or signal abnormalities.
Compact design:
Modular structure, 3500/64M supports hot swappable maintenance, compatible with 3500 series frameworks (such as 3500/05 main control unit);
Suitable for narrow installation spaces (such as centrifugal compressors, small motor units).
