A6370D/DP is an industrial grade overspeed protection monitor produced by Emerson and is one of the core components of the AMS 6300 SIS Safety Instrumented System. Real time monitoring and protection: A6370D/DP can monitor the speed of rotating equipment in real time and trigger safety actions such as sound and light alarms and relay outputs in case of overspeed.
High precision and reliability: The device supports multiple types of sensors (such as Hall sensors, eddy current sensors, and magnetic VR sensors), with measurement accuracy up to ± 0.1% or ± 0.5%, and response time less than 10ms, ensuring high precision and fast response.
Flexible configuration and integration capability: A6370D/DP supports RS485 and Modbus RTU communication protocols, and can be used in conjunction with other devices (such as A6371 backplane) to form a triple redundant configuration, improving system reliability and safety.
Industrial grade design: The equipment is suitable for harsh industrial environments, with a protection level of IP level and a wide working temperature range (-20 ℃ to+60 ℃ or higher), suitable for various industrial application scenarios.
Multi functional extension: In addition to overspeed protection, A6370D also supports monitoring of parameters such as vibration and temperature, with multifunctionality that can meet the needs of different industrial applications.
