Multi channel monitoring: As a 4-channel monitor, it can simultaneously monitor signals from approaching eddy current sensors, rotating position sensors (RPT), DC linear variable differential converters (DCLVDT), AC linear variable differential converters (AC LVDT), and rotating potentiometers.
Programmable Alarm: This monitor has a user programmable alarm function, allowing users to set different alarm set points according to actual needs. These settings can be configured through the 3500 rack configuration software.
Monitoring function: This monitor can be programmed to perform various monitoring functions, including axial (thrust) position, differential expansion, standard single slope differential expansion, non-standard single slope differential expansion, double slope differential expansion, compensating differential expansion, shell expansion, and valve position.
High precision measurement: The axial position of the sensor sensitivity is 3.937 mV/mm (100 mV/mil) or 7.874 mV/mm (200 mV/mil), and the differential expansion is 0.394 V/mm (10 mV/mil) or 0.787 V/mm (20 mV/mil) to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Easy to configure: The monitor channels are programmed in pairs and can perform two of the above functions at a time. For example, channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 can perform another (or the same) function.
