BENTLY 350025 Enhanced Keyphase Module
350025 is mainly used to transmit key signals to the monitor module in the 3500 rack. When the keyphasor markings on the shaft align with the keyphasor sensor, the module uses a magnetic sensor or proximity probe to detect alignment and convert the input signal into a digital keyphasor signal.
350025 can accept up to four key signals, while in pairing configuration, it can accept up to eight. The event pulses per revolution or multiple times per revolution of a rotating shaft or gear (called keysignals) can be used for precise timing detection. Therefore, the 3500 monitoring module and external diagnostic tools can measure shaft speed and vector characteristics, such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase.
