Users can use the 3500 rack configuration software to program each channel and achieve various functions, such as axial (thrust) position monitoring, differential expansion monitoring, standard single slope differential expansion monitoring, etc.

The 3500/45 position monitor will condition the input signal and compare the conditioned signal with user programmable alarm settings for corresponding mechanical protection.
3500/45 specifications:
Four channel design: the monitor has four independent channels, each channel can receive and process signals from different sensors.
Input signal types: can accept input signals from approaching eddy current sensors, rotating position sensors (RPT), DC linear variable differential converters (DCLVDT), AC linear variable differential converters (AC LVDT), and rotating potentiometers.
Output/Alarm: The alarm point can be set through software configuration, and the alarm value can be arbitrarily set within the range of 0-100% of the full range of the measured value, and the accuracy of the alarm should be within 0.13% of the predetermined value.
The size is 2.5×25.8×12 centimeters.
3500/45 Programming and Configuration:
3500 rack configuration software: Use specialized configuration software to program and configure the monitor, achieving various monitoring functions.
Flexible configuration options: The monitor channels can be programmed in pairs, capable of completing two functions at a time, such as channels 1 and 2 completing one function, and channels 3 and 4 completing another function.
3500/45 Reliability:
