Keyphase signal processing: This module receives input signals from eddy current sensors or electromagnetic sensors and converts them into digital keyphase signals. These digital keyphase signals can indicate when the keyphase markings on the shaft are passed through the keyphase probe.
Dual channel design: the module has two independent input channels, allowing to receive two signals from different sensors, thus improving the accuracy and reliability of measurement.
High precision measurement: The module can accurately measure the time it takes for the keyphase markings on the rotating shaft or gear to pass through the keyphase probe, providing strong support for fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.
Wide compatibility: seamlessly integrated with other modules and devices of the 3500 series, supporting multiple communication protocols, facilitating data exchange and sharing with other systems or devices.
3500/25-01-01-00 Technical specifications:
Input signal range:
For non insulated I/O modules: -0.8V to -21.0V
For insulated I/O modules:+5V to -11V
Signal limiting: The module can limit the amplitude to ensure that the signal does not exceed the above range.
Speed requirement: Passive electromagnetic sensors require shaft speed to be greater than 200rpm (3.3Hz).
Output signal: Buffered key phase output signals are provided through coaxial and European connectors on the front and back of the frame.
