Function and purpose:
Manual operation of safety shut-off valve: The LCP100 provides the function of manually opening, closing, and locking the safety shut-off valve, suitable for emergency shutdown, purging, discharge, and other scenarios.
Manual reset function: In a safe state, LCP100 can restore the valve to its normal operating state through the manual reset button.
Partial Travel Test (PST): LCP100 supports partial travel testing, allowing users to check the operation status of valves without interrupting the process flow.
Full stroke test (FST): Complete the full stroke test of the valve through the on/off button to ensure that the valve can work properly in any position.
Operation and Display:
Buttons and indicator lights: The LCP100 is equipped with three protected buttons (for opening, closing, and locking), as well as three visual indicator lights that display the open, closed, or locked status of the valve.
Remote visibility: The LCP100 can be installed in a location far from the valve for regular inspection and status monitoring.
