HONEYWELL CC-MCAR02 Pressure control valve assembly

Design feature: CC-MCAR02 has an axial pilot valve with an external pipeline, which makes its installation volume smaller and reduces the chance of external damage. This design makes CC-MCAR02 highly reliable in various applications.

Pressure control: As a traditional diaphragm type pilot operated valve, CC-MCAR02 is mainly used for pressure control. It achieves pressure regulation by changing the flow direction of the medium through the valve. Although this complex flow path (from the inlet to the diaphragm, over the valve seat, down around the corner to the outlet) is common, CC-MCAR02 optimizes this process through its design.

Flow optimization: In the axial valve, the fluid of CC-MCAR02 flows along the radial annular surface around the axial valve seat and spring housing. This design reduces the pressure loss when the fluid passes through the valve, thereby achieving higher flow rate and larger flow rate. Compared with globe valves, this through flow channel reduces downstream turbulence and improves the overall performance of the system.

Material: CC-MCAR02 has been approved by WRAS (Water Regulation Consultation Program) and can also be made of stainless steel, which further enhances its durability and reliability.
