The GE IC695ALG508-AA module is designed to support input of RTD signals and has eight isolated differential input channels. Each channel can be individually configured as a different resistor or temperature sensor input, supporting multiple RTD and resistor input types, including 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire RTD types.

The GE IC695ALG508-AA module is fully software configurable, without the need for jumper settings, and features user-defined scaling, filtering, and alarm functions. In addition, it also has open circuit detection and diagnostic error alarm functions. IC695ALG508 must be installed in the RX3i universal backplane and can be inserted and removed from the live backplane.
