As the main interface of the 3500 Framework (RIM), it supports dedicated protocols for setting up racks and obtaining machine data.
Compatible with TDXnet, TDIX, and DDIX Bently Nevada external communication processors.
Each rack slot (first slot) must contain an RIM (near the power supply).
Although RIM performs some tasks shared by the entire rack, it is not an important component of the monitoring system and has little impact on the normal operation of the entire system.
125768-01 Configuration Keylock:
Used to switch the 3500 rack between Run and Program modes.
The RUN mode prevents configuration modifications and allows the rack to operate normally.
The Program mode supports local and remote rack configurations as well as standard rack operations.
You can switch modes by removing the key from any position on the rack and locking the switch in the desired position to prevent unauthorized rack reconfiguration.
