Interface and compatibility:

Function description:
As part of the Bentley Nevada 3500 series, the Rack Interface Module is the primary interface of the 3500 Rack (RIM).
The first rack slot must contain an RIM (near the power supply), although it is not an important component of the monitoring system, each rack requires one.
Supports applications with Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR), for which the 3500 system requires a TMR version of the RIM to perform “monitoring channel comparison”.
Configuration and operation:
Configure keylocks to switch the 3500 rack between “run” and “program” modes.
The “Run” mode prevents configuration modifications and allows the rack to operate normally.
The “Program” mode supports local and remote rack configurations as well as standard rack operations.
Monitoring and alerts:
125768-01 continuously monitors key fault gases, moisture, and temperature in transformer insulation oil.
Being able to detect faults early on and take corrective measures before the problem becomes severe.
Design features:
Adopting a microprocessor based design, allowing for flexible and customizable alarm settings.
Equipped with a backlit LCD display screen for displaying real-time data.
Built in event logs are used to record alarm and fault events.
Communication and power supply:
Supports multiple communication protocols, including Modbus, DNP3, and IEC 61850, making it easy to integrate into existing control and monitoring systems.
It can be powered by AC or DC power, with low power consumption and less than 10 watts.
