3500/42M Features
Multi channel design:
It is a four channel monitor that can receive signals from one to four proximity, acceleration, or velocity sensors.
The monitoring channels are set in pairs and can perform up to two specified functions simultaneously. For example, channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 can perform another or the same function.
Real time monitoring and alerts:
Protect machinery by real-time comparing monitoring parameters with selected alarm set points and triggering alarms.
Alarm setpoints can be established for any current static value, or danger setpoints can be set for any two of them.
Use rack configuration software to set alarm levels for any value measured by the monitor, and set danger setpoints for any two values measured by the monitor.
Programmability:
The 3500 rack configuration software can be used to program each channel to monitor and report radial vibration, thrust position, REBAM, acceleration, differential expansion, eccentricity, speed, and other parameters.
User programmable direct filters, gap filters, and 1X/2X vector filters provide precise signal processing and control.
