3300/70-01-00 Features:
Bently Nevada’s 3300 series sensor modules are primarily used for vibration and position measurement, particularly suitable for fluid thin film bearing machines.
This module provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, allowing for the measurement of static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values.
The 3300 XL 8mm system provides the most advanced performance in eddy current proximity sensor systems and fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute (API) API 670 standard for mechanical configuration, linearity, etc. (4th edition).
3300/70-01-00 Usage and Calibration:
The 3300 series preamplifier has been calibrated with AISI4140 steel before leaving the factory, and other end materials can also be calibrated according to user requirements.
It is not recommended to use silicone tape instead of joint protectors for the connection between the probe and extension cable when exposed to the unit oil.
3300/70-01-00 Application areas:
Mainly used in machines with strict installation requirements such as centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors.
Suitable for radial vibration and radial position measurement in positions with small shafts or reduced side views, as well as axial (thrust) position measurement, tachometer and zero speed measurement, phase reference (keycontroller *) signal, etc.
