Product type and function:
ICS T8403C is a digital output simplex controller module mainly used for power supply, control computer, field connection, and external network connection.
It has 8 output channels, a rated voltage of 24 volts DC, and supports dual scan times of 1.174 milliseconds and 2.202 milliseconds, making it suitable for non hazardous industrial environments.

Redundancy and reliability:
T8403C T8403 adopts a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture, which ensures the continuous operation of the system and data integrity even in the event of a single module failure.
This module has passed the IEC 61508 SIL 3 certification, which is the highest safety integrity level for industrial automation systems, further demonstrating its outstanding performance in safety.

Input and output configuration:
The ICS TRIPLEX T8403C module allows setting an upper limit of over acceleration threshold (RPM/s) for each input group. When the acceleration reaches or exceeds the configured threshold, the over acceleration output will trigger a trip.
For output configuration, T8403C T8403 allows setting checkboxes for each output to configure automatic trip reset functionality.
Voltage range: mainly designed for 24Vdc input or output.
Isolation performance: Equipped with optoelectronic isolation or other forms of isolation technology to prevent electrical interference and fault propagation.
