3500/60 Main functional features:
Provide six temperature monitoring channels that can simultaneously monitor temperature changes in multiple critical areas.
Accepting temperature inputs from resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and thermocouples (TC), with wide input compatibility.
User programmable alarm set points, when the temperature exceeds these set points, the monitor will immediately trigger an alarm.
For the TC input version, a 250 Vdc channel to channel isolation is provided to effectively prevent external interference from affecting the measurement results.
3500/60 Configuration and Programming:
Program the module using 3500 rack configuration software to perform RTD or TC temperature measurements.
Users can configure RTD/TC non isolated versions to accept TC or RTD, or a mixed input of TC and RTD.
When used in a three module redundancy (TMR) configuration, temperature monitors must be installed in groups of three adjacent to each other to improve the reliability and stability of the system.
3500/60 Application Range:
Usually used for metal temperature monitoring of radial bearings or thrust bearings that comply with API670.
It can also be used for temperature monitoring of critical processes, such as compressor suction and discharge temperatures, steam temperatures, motor temperatures, stator temperatures, etc.
