Vibration monitoring: used to monitor mechanical vibration and detect abnormal vibration patterns to identify potential mechanical faults.
Temperature monitoring: measuring the temperature of equipment or mechanical components, and detecting temperature anomalies.
Speed monitoring: Monitor the rotational speed of equipment or machinery and report abnormal speed situations.
Data processing and transmission: Equipped with data acquisition and transmission functions, capable of transmitting vibration, temperature, speed and other data to the central data acquisition system.
Alarm and Notification: The system has an alarm function and can send notifications to operation and maintenance personnel when abnormalities are detected.
3500/05-02-04-00-00 Installation
Frame size: Nine slot frame, belonging to full-size frame (19 inch EIA frame), with 9 available module slots.
Panel installation: Install the frame into the rectangular opening on the panel.
Frame installation: Install the frame into a 19 inch EIA rail.
(Note: The nine slot frame may not support wall panel installation)
Power and frame interface module: must be installed in the two leftmost slots.
